About this coliving home
We are a coliving community located in the rural region of A Costa da Morte in northern Spain. A location for living and working in harmony with nature and the environment. We believe that productivity and creativity are enhanced when we feel grounded and connected. As a result, we have planned our space to connect us to the forest and the sea, which are our nearest natural environments.

We offer our space to digital nomads, families, remote workers, and travelers who would like to experience the rural and Galician way of life. We began this project inspired by our belief in a way of life that is centered on community, well-being, and traditions, along with a desire to connect this wonderful remote place with the rest of the world and make it an inspiration for everyone who visits it.

The heart of life at our house is centered around our traditional stone house, built around the year 1915. Our Coliving is located 1 km from the town center of Laxe, one of the liveliest towns on the Costa da Morte (Galicia, Northern Spain). The house is surrounded by a 2,500-square-meter plot of land and a large hill, from which many paths lead to a variety of pristine beaches. Costa da Morte is the hidden gem of Galicia. Our shore and gulf are rich in history, traditions, culture, gastronomy, wilderness, and wildlife. But it is also peace, unforgettable sunsets, and the notes of traditional music.

Frequently asked questions
Are pets allowed?
We love pets, but we are still navigating our way through coliving with them in our space. Because we host families, we like to be cautious with regards to coliving with pets and young children. If you are interested in joining with your pet, please get in contact before booking, and we will explore your particular case.
Is there a designated space for work?
Yes, we have two office rooms, one is for quiet work and one for video calls. Although, many colivers choose to work from the desks in their rooms or the shared areas, living room, kitchen or outdoor garden.
Can I split the rent with my partner or a friend?
Yes — you can share a bigger room with a partner or friend. Extra fees may apply for additional guests, and it’s up to your group to decide how to split the total bill. Pricing depends on availability.
What types of people will I be sharing the home with?
Most guests stay between two weeks and 1.5 months. You'll meet a mix of working professionals and families with a young, adventurous spirit. We're not a party house, but our community is social and enjoys connecting with each other and with locals.
