Welcome to our House, A women-only residence in a charming 1903 mini-mansion located just five minutes north of downtown Indianapolis. Our home provides a safe, quiet, and inspiring environment for traveling professionals, nurses, entrepreneurs, and college moms who need a restful and supportive place to stay. Each private room is thoughtfully designed as a mini studio for comfort and convenience, with cozy beds, fresh linens, and inviting décor. Guests also enjoy access to open common areas, including our chandelier hall (a beautiful space to work or study), the Circles Room (a quiet lounge for reflection or conversation), and our outdoor terrace. Our community often gathers for women’s events and workshops in the VIP Training Room, offering opportunities for connection and inspiration. Light breakfast snacks, complimentary coffee, and water are included. Freedom Room – Creative and colorful, designed for women who love modern, inspiring spaces. Includes a shared bathroom. Solitude Room – A quiet third-floor retreat with a twin bed, ideal for women who prefer privacy and simplicity. Dream Studio – A spacious hideaway with a semi-separate living area, kitchenette, and full-size bed. Comfort and privacy combined. Courage Room (Coming Soon!) – Our newest room is under renovation and will be available soon. Designed to inspire bravery and rest.

Our house is located in the beautiful Mapleton–Fall Creek neighborhood, one of Indianapolis’ most charming historic areas. The community is known for its tree-lined streets, stunning early 20th-century architecture, and a mix of professional offices and private residences. It offers the perfect balance of city convenience and neighborhood peace. Residents enjoy a safe, walkable environment with gorgeous scenery for long walks or a quiet evening stroll. We take pride in our security, with a private fenced parking lot, a well-lit entry, and keypad access for safety and privacy. Nearby, you’ll find locally owned coffee shops, restaurants, and small businesses, along with parks and trails for outdoor enjoyment. The Red Line transit stop is just steps away, making it easy to get downtown in minutes. Things to Do Nearby Downtown Indianapolis (5 minutes away): Explore Monument Circle, Mass Ave Arts District, and the Indiana Statehouse. Cultural Trail & Canal Walk: Perfect for biking, walking, or jogging through the heart of the city. Will I have privacy?
All residents have a bedroom within the home for more privacy. We do have a room with its own bathroom, and the others share with one other person. It's a quiet environment and people respect your need for privacy. Residents are to share the furnished common areas respectfully.

Can I split the rent with my partner or a friend?
While our residence is designed for single occupancy, we encourage friends to visit and enjoy our community during the day. For any specific arrangements or exceptions, feel free to connect with our team!
Is there a designated space for work?
You have plenty of flexible workspace options to suit your mood and your requirements for the day. You have an adjustable work desk in your room, in our Introvert Room, the Second floor hallway, and on the first floor cafe, community room, and training room.
What types of people will I be sharing the home with?
We are a place specifically for women. We frequently house traveling nurses, college moms, interns, business women, conference attendees, and more on the professional side of things. Our clientele tends to be polite, respectful, friendly, and approachable.
Are my belongings safe?
Safety and security is our top priority. While we've been fortunate with our safety record, we encourage you to keep your valuables secure in your room. For extra peace of mind, you might also consider renters insurance to protect against any unforeseen incidents. We do have a security system, cameras around the outside of the building, at the interior front door, and at the interior backdoor so we are aware of anyone who is on the property at any given time. We also have a private parking lot where your car is secure.
Can I lock my bedroom door?
Yes you can lock your bedroom door to maintain your privacy.
Is the neighborhood safe?
Our neighborhood is both beautiful AND safe. We have our guests frequently going for walks and we provide you with recommendations on the best walking paths. The neighborhood has a mix of businesses and residences.
