Welcome to Ivy Ivy, our newest women-centered community, offers a refreshing alternative to our co-ed residences. Just like Greenview, Ivy has been thoughtfully constructed with the needs of the modern hybrid workforce in mind. We invite you to join our vibrant and welcoming community, where you can fully immerse yourself in the wonders of Chicago alongside like-minded individuals. Accommodation: You will have your own furnished room. There are two shared bathrooms, a kitchen, a common room, and an unforgettable journey await! Each room and community area comes fully furnished. The kitchens are equipped with appliances & stocked with cookware and dinnerware! And for the dreaded laundry day? Well, we've got you covered, Laundry is provided! Utilities, basic refillable like dish soap and toilet paper, and housekeeping is included.

Booking rules
- • We require a video call to be set up after booking
- • this is to make sure all questions are answered and we can prepare for your stay! We will send out a lease to sign after booking. Payment made to Coliving.com will be considered Subletinn's "Last Month's Rent" in our lease. This means you will be paying for your last month of stay up front, and our first month's rent and your move in fee will be due on the day of your move
