Are pets allowed?
Although we love all pets, we have a very human friendly cat, so, unfortunately, we can’t allow people to bring pets with them as we do nor know if they will get along. We want to make sure everyone can be happy in their communal home.
Will I have privacy?
All residents have a bedroom with a private bathroom within the home for more privacy. Residents are to share the furnished common areas respectfully.

Is there a designated space for work?
You have plenty of flexible workspace options to suit your mood and your requirements for the day. There's a private space inside your room or you can use the work space in the living room or any of the tables in the outdoor areas.
What types of people will I be sharing the home with?
The coliving space is primarily shared with travelers, digital nomads, and long-term visitors, mostly international guests staying anywhere from a few nights to several months. The environment is designed for independent, respectful, and community-minded people who value a comfortable and peaceful stay. Since the coliving is not a party house, you can expect a more relaxed and quiet atmosphere. Is it possible to arrive before the designated move-in time or stay past the move-out time?

Can I extend or shorten my stay?
Yes, you can extend or shorten your stay, but it depends on availability and the cancellation policy: Extending Your Stay • If you’d like to stay longer, let us know as soon as possible so we can check room availability. • Extensions are subject to availability and must be paid in advance to secure your spot. Shortening Your Stay • If you decide to leave earlier than planned, please inform us in advance. • Refunds are not available for early check-outs, as per the cancellation policy.
Do I need to sign a contract/lease?
No, you don’t need to sign a long-term lease, but you must agree to the coliving house rules before moving in. For stays of one month or longer, you may be asked to sign a short-term rental agreement, which outlines: • Your check-in and check-out dates • The security deposit policy ($2,000 MXN refundable) • Agreement to house rules and responsibilities. For long-term stays, please note you might be asked to sign an additional contract before moving in.
