Our co-living space is situated on the top floor of a classic local property, offering excellent views of the city and a prime location for exploring all that Barcelona has to offer. There is no need to worry about lugging heavy bags up to the top floor; our property comes equipped with a convenient elevator that ensures effortless movement throughout the building. Our apartment offers a total of 6 double-sized rooms, each designed for ultimate comfort and privacy. The entire property has been completely renovated to meet the highest standards of comfort and luxury. Of the six double rooms, one has its own private en-suite bathroom, offering the ultimate privacy and comfort to those who would prefer a more secluded lifestyle. The other five double rooms share two modernly furnished bathrooms, which ensures that every two and a half individuals have their own bathroom space. Additionally, two of the double rooms have their own private balconies that offer breathtaking views of the nearby neighborhoods. Our kitchen, lounge, and dining room have been designed to foster an inclusive and welcoming atmosphere that makes it easy to come together with other residents. The fully equipped kitchen is complete with modern appliances and ample counter space to cater to all your culinary needs. The lounge and dining room area provide a spacious and comfortable place for residents to socialize, relax, and enjoy their meals. We understand the importance of maintaining a clean and organized living space, which is why we provide storage space to meet the resident's needs. This ensures that the apartment is always well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing to its residents. Our building has a permanent porter every day who is available to assist residents with any queries or issues that may arise. Our porter ensures that the residents feel safe and secure throughout their stay at our property. Just so you know, this platform charges us a commission based on the full length of each reservation. If your plans change and you decide to leave earlier than expected, please keep in mind that we’ve already paid this commission in advance. In that case, we’ll simply ask you to cover the portion that corresponds to the part of your original stay you didn’t use. Thank you for your understanding — this helps us keep things fair and continue offering a great experience for everyone who joins our community. Kindly note that for stays up to 3 months, the deposit is 1.5 months of rent. Of this, as per the legal requirements, a 1-month deposit will be lodged with Incasol. The remainder of the deposit will be lodged with habitelle. All the deposits will be returned within 30 to 60 days. For stays of 3 to 12 months, the deposit is 2.0 months of rent.
