This s a dynamic Coliving Community born from the idea that housing and work should never be a burden on our financial stability, personal comfort, or sense of community. Our goal is to maintain a space where anyone can work smart, build meaningful relationships, and connect with a diverse group that challenges the status quo. The house is very well located, in a central area of Florianópolis, which provides easy access to all beaches—south, east, and north. It’s just a 15-minute walk from parks and waterfalls, with a supermarket directly across the street, as well as nearby shopping malls, bars, and restaurants. It also offers convenient access to public transportation and health services. The community is deeply people-centered. It was designed with digital nomads and remote workers in mind, offering the best of both worlds: spacious and healthy environments, fast internet, and meaningful connections that help individuals grow and thrive on every level.
