Mouson Residence

We are a community-driven coliving experience set across two luxury villa complexes in the peaceful village of Gerani, Crete. Designed for remote workers and slow travellers, our villas offer the comfort of a private home combined with shared spaces that encourage connection, focus, and ease.

Surrounded by olive trees, sea air, and village life, it is a place to settle into a rhythm; productive days, shared meals, quiet moments, and meaningful conversations.

The Villas

Our community is spread across 7 thoughtfully designed villas, offering 30 private and shared rooms in total. Each villa balances privacy and shared living, with generous common areas that invite people to gather naturally.

Whether you’re joining for a week or a few months, the villas are designed to feel like home from day one.

We have a community of entrepreneurs and remote workers around the world who, on average, stay for one month. Each community member is empowered to create events, share ideas, and help others stay at the property. We believe coliving does not only mean sharing experiences and workspaces. We are located in Gerani, a small coastal village just outside of Rethymno, on the north coast of Crete. It’s the kind of place where daily life moves at a gentle pace familiar faces, morning greetings, and the feeling that you’re part of something real rather than passing through.

From the villas, you can walk to local bakeries, cafés, minimarkets, and traditional tavernas where lunch stretches into the afternoon. Many of our guests quickly fall into simple routines; morning coffee from the village bakery, a swim in the sea, focused work back at the villa, and shared dinners as the sun sets.
