This 3 bed co-living apartment is situated on the 4th floor in the front building. Room 2 has access to a private balcony. Newly and completely renovated - the apartment consists of a new kitchen with all the necessary appliances, washing machine and dryer and a dining table and lounge area. A newly renovated bathroom with separate shower, modern tiles, new fittings and sanitary installations. All windows and balcony doors have new, high-quality insulated glass windows. The apartment is heated by a modern gas central heating system and boasts new oak parquet flooring. A deposit of 1,150€ is required for all our German units. Please note that the membership fee is already included in this deposit amount.

The main purpose of our community is to make it possible for people—regardless of background—to feel comfortable and at home with their housemates, and have the opportunity to build long-lasting, authentic relationships. To allow members the opportunity to get to know their housemates and expand their networks, we sponsor activities. One way this is done is by way of a sponsored welcome dinner: each time a new member moves in, Our team sponsor a dinner for all housemates to get to know one another. We then hope to see our members come together and join the various other events hosted throughout the year by us or other members! As a member, you will also get exclusive access to our online community via the member app. In the app, you have the possibility to join or start an interest group and get in contact with other members in your own city and across all other cities in which We are present.

The popular and trendy district Friedrichshain is known for its urban quality of life, excellent entertainment, restaurants and nightlife. Everything your heart desires is just a proverbial stone's throw away. Modersohnstraße is quiet, yet centrally located in the Rudolfkiez. The Simon-Dach-Kiez and the RAW area, known far beyond the borders of Berlin, with their bars, cafés, stores and unconventional charm, magically attract both Berliners and tourists alike. Boxhagener Platz ("Boxi"), with its weekly and flea markets, a playground and a recreational meadow, is a popular meeting place among the district's residents. Due to the excellent transport options, journeys to both the surrounding area and the city center are quick and uncomplicated.

Booking rules
