The Hamilton House Near the Sugar Hill area of Upper Manhattan, the Hamilton House is full to its rafters with charm. Between its grand staircase, brick accent walls, and select bedrooms with fireplace facades, you’ll feel as though you stepped into a historical home–except with every modern convenience you could need. The Location The Hamilton House is a 4-minute walk to the A, B, C, D, and 1 trains at 145th St station, and a 25-35 minute commute to midtown and lower Manhattan. Bus stops around the corner make commuting even easier, although with plenty of food stores, pharmacies, and gyms nearby, you won’t need to go far to run your daily errands.

Booking rules
- • Your safety and comfort are our top priorities! To ensure this, we ask all our new members to complete a background and credit check, as well as electronically sign a separate residency agreement. Just a heads up, you'll need to share your ID and Social Security Number (for those in the US) with us. We'll shoot over the agreement right after you book, and we kindly ask you to sign it quickly to guarantee your room. For your credit, we're looking for scores above 550
- • 650, depending on your city and we'll need a clean criminal record too (this doesn't apply to DC). If you meet all the requirements, you will receive a rental agreement, which you need to sign within 24 hours of receiving it.
