The Greenpoint House A few short blocks from the East River, the Greenpoint House is nestled among restaurants, coffee shops, and a collection of cozy brick apartment buildings. The nearby waterfront is scattered with green spaces, high rises, and the neighborhood’s historic Polish shops and eateries. A recently renovated building with updated appliances, the Greenpoint House has hardwood floors and large windows throughout, along with spacious and beautifully decorated common rooms. Private bathroom options are available. Each apartment also has an in-unit washer and dryer. The common spaces include comfy seating, a pool table, plenty of space for co-working or game nights, a flat-screen TV, a fully outfitted fitness center, and a landscaped backyard with seating, a furnished rooftop, and a barbecue. Location The closest subway station is Greenpoint Ave, served by the G train, and is only a 2-minute walk away. Multiple bus lines also serve the neighborhood. You can easily transfer onto the L two stops away and be in Manhattan in under 30 minutes. The Neighborhood For a unique and fun night, visit Skyline Drive in NYC, a drive-in movie theater. Local favorite Peter Pan Donut & Pastry Shop is just a short walk away, and during fair weather, you can catch The Brooklyn Barge–a floating, seasonal bar & grill on a barge, serving New American bites, cocktails & draft beer.

Booking rules
- • Your safety and comfort are our top priorities! To ensure this, we ask all our new members to complete a background and credit check, as well as electronically sign a separate residency agreement. Just a heads up, you'll need to share your ID and Social Security Number (for those in the US) with us. We'll shoot over the agreement right after you book, and we kindly ask you to sign it quickly to guarantee your room. For your credit, we're looking for scores above 550
- • 650, depending on your city and we'll need a clean criminal record too (this doesn't apply to DC). If you meet all the requirements, you will receive a rental agreement, which you need to sign within 24 hours of receiving it.
