Welcome to a brand-new lifestyle residence in Osaka — a space that blends the comfort of a rental with the flexibility of a hotel.

The lounge, the heart of the residence, is designed to make you feel at ease, with a warm, bright, and open atmosphere. It’s the perfect spot to relax, work, or mingle.

We’re located about a 10-minute walk from Hotarugaike Station. While not directly by the station, it’s still an easy stroll, and there’s a rental bike service nearby for extra convenience. On-site parking is also available (separate contract required).

● About the rooms

Each room is designed with cozy touches—warm wood finishes, round café tables, and soft, calming colors—for a simple yet comfortable stay.

You’ll sleep soundly on a semi-double bed, and for work, you can either focus at your private desk or change the mood by heading to the lounge.

A closet is provided for easy storage, and we’ve prepared a starter set of amenities to get you settled in.

All room types include private bathroom facilities, offering the balance of light, flexible living with personal privacy.

And the best part? Most rooms (except Compact and Basic types) feature a private kitchen, complete with stove, fridge, microwave, and tableware—so you can cook your favorite meals just like at home.

●Things to keep in mind

・The bathroom is a 3-piece unit bath. → It’s compact, so cleaning is super easy.

・There’s no elevator. → We’ll provide a carry cart to help you bring your luggage upstairs.

・There’s no TV in the room. → If you need one, please note this in advance. Streaming services are available!

From here, you can reach Osaka Station (Umeda) in about 15 minutes, and—as the name suggests—Osaka Airport is just around the corner! Perfect for business travelers on short stays, training programs, or work trips. Hotarugaike Station itself has a shopping complex directly connected, with a bookstore, drugstore, and supermarket—making everyday shopping easy. You’ll also find plenty of casual options nearby like burger joints and 100-yen shops.
