Neighborhood
The residence is located in the modern and well-connected neighborhood of Alta de Lisboa. The area offers a variety of cafes, restaurants, and local shops, making it convenient for everyday needs. Is just in front of the Continente supermarket.
Residents are just a short walk from the Lumiar metro station (yellow line), providing easy access to central Lisbon, universities, and cultural attractions. Nearby parks, such as Parque da Musica, are perfect for outdoor walks or relaxation.

- • After you make the reservation on Coliving, you must go to our website and complete the reservation.
- • You must pay 100€ for the reservation fee and then the deposit (the same amount of the rent).

Will I have privacy?
At our residence, every resident has their own private studio equipped with: Private bathroom (shower, toilet, sink) Private kitchenette (with fridge, microwave, cooking space) Personal workspace (desk, chair, storage) This ensures you always have your own private space to study, rest, and feel at home, while still having access to shared common areas (study rooms, gym, kitchens, lounges) where you can socialize and be part of the community.
Are pets allowed?
We love animals, but unfortunately, we don't allow pets in our residence. Thank you for understanding!
Is there a designated space for work?
Yes, our residence offers dedicated study areas and quiet spaces where residents can work or study comfortably. Additionally, every studio comes with a desk and chair, making it convenient to work from your own private space.
Can I split the rent with my partner or a friend?
While we understand the desire to share costs, our policy is that each resident must sign a lease individually. However, we encourage you and your partner or friend to join our community—there's plenty of room for friendships to blossom!
What types of people will I be sharing the home with?
At our residence, you’ll be part of a diverse, international community of students, interns, and young professionals. Most residents are studying or working in Lisbon, so you’ll be sharing the space with like-minded individuals who value a safe, friendly, and respectful environment.
