Walking into Neybor Fernand you will find its original marble floor and a view right through the house to the kitchen and garden. The house features a curated selection of works by rising Belgian artists. Flooded with natural light, this home truly breathes happiness. The floors alternate between semi-solid oak, polished concrete and marble. A distinctive colour scheme runs subtly throughout the house. An eight-piece, rust-brown leather sofa occupies most of the living room, and the focal point of the adjoining dining room is a three-meter-long charcoaled oak table with a forest green banquette. It's very large living space brings everyone together around a cozy lounge with a big sofa, a generous communal table and a projector for laid-back movie nights. Outside, a spacious, sun-soaked garden with a BBQ extends the living area and invites long summer evenings. With its large bay windows and warm, joyful atmosphere, the house is made for sharing good moments.

One-off application fee
Check-out fees cover the inventory at entrance and at the exit + the cost for cleaning the room at the exit. It will be deducted from the security deposit.

The only common ground is that they are all professionals, meaning that they usually work during the week :-) Our members bring together curious, open-minded people aged around 22 to 40 years old from all over the world for the coliving, and around 25 to 50 years old for the private apartments. They’re working for industries such as institutions like the EU, in tech companies, startups, scaleups, industrials, lawyers, designers, doctors, entrepreneurs and many more — people who love meaningful connections, shared experiences, and good vibes. Think sport or yoga sessions, sunset drinks, creative workshops, outdoor adventures — and plenty of resident-led ideas. Booking rules
- • Disclaimer: To complete the registration process / booking in its entirety, all residents are required to sign our rental agreement.
- • We keep it simple — just an ID and a proof of solvency, like a work contract, a recent payslip, a bank statement with sufficient funds is required at the time of booking. If that’s tricky, no worries: you can apply with a guarantor instead, providing their ID, proof of solvency, and the guarantor letter.
- • You always have the possibility of switching rooms within our network of coliving locations.
- • We have a notice period of two full months before leaving.
- • Damage insurance is included except for loss & theft.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a designated space for work?
It depends on the house — some of our Neybor homes include a designated workspace or a coworking-style area, while others do not. However, every private bedroom is equipped with a large desk, so you’ll always have a comfortable space to work in your own room. If having a larger shared workspace is important to you, we can guide you toward the houses that offer this feature.
Will I have privacy?
At Neybor, each resident has a private bedroom that serves as their personal space to relax, work, or unwind without being disturbed. While the common areas are shared, your room remains entirely yours, and no one else has access to it. We also encourage a respectful living culture within our houses, supported by a house manager who ensures harmony and helps mediate if needed. This means you can enjoy the social benefits of co-living while still having your own comfortable and secure private space. In short: you get the best of both worlds — community when you want it, privacy when you need it.
