Welcome to Our Coliving Space – Your Home Away From Home! We offer a variety of private rooms, including double and single options, with both shared and private bathrooms. Our shared kitchen and coworking area are designed to help you stay productive and comfortable. With multiple charging stations and ample space to tackle daily tasks, you’ll have everything you need at your fingertips. Located in a prime area just steps from the ESTRECHO Metro Station (L1), our property connects you seamlessly to the entire city. Enjoy the convenience of being only 10 minutes walking from Santiago Bernabeu Stadium, and easily reach the heart of Madrid in less than 10 minutes. Our neighborhood also boasts a vibrant shopping area filled with restaurants, supermarkets, stores, pharmacies, and everything else you need for daily life. Your monthly rate covers all amenities, including utensils, electricity, water, and high-speed internet. We also provide weekly cleaning services for both your room and the common areas.

We are proud to have started our journey in 2011 with a small property on Chinchilla Street in Madrid, and have since expanded to three additional locations. Our goal is to create spaces that not only enhance the beauty of the city, but also promote cultural diffusion and provide a platform for young scientists to exhibit and present their projects.
