We’re excited to welcome you to our warm and creative home in Philadelphia.

About Us

He bring 27 years of hosting experience and currently works as a design-build professional in architecture and construction. She is a full-time staff member at a local church and a dedicated artist whose work includes painting, jewelry design, and intricate paper cutting. Together, we’ve shaped a cozy and inspiring environment designed for comfortable co-living.

Your Space Our three-story home offers two fully furnished bedrooms on the second floor, each thoughtfully set up with:

- A comfortable bed with linens, blankets, and pillows provided - A work desk with lamp - Access to a shared bathroom on the same floor

Shared Spaces

- Kitchen: Fully equipped with dishware, utensils, nonstick cookware, a Keurig coffee machine, and an electric kettle. You’ll also find a charming breakfast table perfect for morning coffee or casual meals. - Living Room: Relax on the comfortable furnishings and enjoy access to Netflix and Apple TV. - Outdoor Yard: A private outdoor area with seating—ideal for unwinding, reading, or working outdoors.

  • Submit a detailed request: Your reservation request is your first impression. Provide comprehensive information about yourself and your stay plans to help the host decide whether to approve your booking.
  • Host approval: The host has 48 hours to respond to your request. You will receive a notification once they have approved or rejected it.
  • Accept the Renters Terms: Within 48 hours of host approval, you must formally accept the Renters Terms by signing them online with an authorization code.
  • Make the first payment: Simultaneously with signing the Renters Terms, you must pay the first month's rent and the service fee. This payment must be received by coliving.com for the agreement to become valid.
