Our residents come from a variety of countries, cultures, and professional backgrounds. Most are remote workers, entrepreneurs, freelancers, postgraduate students, or professionals who have chosen to spend a few months living in Mallorca. As a coliving space, our community naturally evolves over time. Residents stay for different lengths of time, so the people you meet when you move in may not be the same people living here a few months later.
What types of shared spaces are there?
a cozy living room with comfortable seating and a TV, a fully equipped communal kitchen and dining area, a quiet co-working space, a rooftop terrace and garden for relaxing, laundry facilities and bike storage, plus a lounge for movie nights and community events.

What is there to do in the area?
Close to Playa de Palma, Es Trenc (a little further away), and many of the beautiful beaches along Mallorca's southern coast. 🚲 Great cycling access to Palma and the Pla de Mallorca countryside. 🛒 Supermarkets and everyday amenities are within easy reach (although having a car or bicycle is recommended).
