The flat is on the 5th floor of a secure building with digicodes and a caretaker and has a lift and a bicycle garage. The flat has 4 rooms, a kitchen, a shower room and a separate toilet. All rooms are fully equipped and furnished. There is also the possibility of renting a secure box in the building. Each room is eligible for APL according to CAF conditions.
