Enjoy an amazing atmosphere with a mild climate, good people, beautiful nature! At the property, you can go with your family, friends or alone - on a creative vacation, out-of-town place for your home office or organize your retreat or team building. You can also sit by the lake for quiet reflection or meditation. The space: The complex has 5 bungalows, and a 2 floor building, 2 common areas, equipped kitchen and a beautiful lake in the center of the base, which all the rooms have a view of. The bungalows can accommodate 1 or 2 adults, or 2 adults + child. All rooms have their own bathroom and toilet facilities. Spacious common area and equipped kitchen is available for you to use freely. Chill out space with great open view to the lake is also for you to enjoy with board games, football table, children games etc. In addition we have a large hall, that can be used for yoga/work out, conferences, team building and other events. We have a swimming pool to refresh in the hot summer days and soon a spa area to be! On request, we can organize yoga classes, group meditation or workshop on playing alternative musical instruments, like Handpan and Didjeridoo, Native American flutes.

Our location is part of the village Srednogortsi - Southern part of the Rhodope mountains range. Nearest towns around are Madan and Rudozem, with a pleasant atmosphere where you can stroll and buy delicacies imported directly from nearby Turkey and Greece. If you are interested in mountain crystals, in Madan you can visit the famous Crystal hall, or we can put you in contact with local collectors and sellers. There is plenty to explore in the area in therms of sightseeing - caves, hikes, eco trails. Smolyan is the largest regional city, famous with the Smolyan Lakes - for the nature lovers. All together we are completely in the woods, but only 500 meters from the main road and in 10 min drive to the nearest town, where nothing of a common services is missing. Greece is not far away and at the moment this our nearest place to go enjoy Mediterranean sea .
