Our modern coliving house in the historic centre of La Orotava offers discerning remote workers, digital nomads, and long-term guests a high-quality environment in which to live and work. The combination of Canarian charm, elegant interiors, and thoughtful room design creates an atmosphere that conveys both tranquillity and inspiration. The rooms are stylishly furnished and some are equipped with private bathrooms. High-quality beds, ample storage space and bright natural light ensure a comfortable living experience. High-speed fibre optic internet with 250–400 Mbps is available for productive working. Several quiet work areas in the house offer a professional environment that is particularly attractive for longer stays. The fully equipped kitchens feature modern appliances and a clear, well-maintained layout that makes cooking together or on your own a pleasure. In the sunny courtyard and cosy lounge area, guests can relax, read, or grab a quick coffee between meetings. Regular cleaning of the common areas, a washing machine, and an optional room cleaning service ensure additional everyday comfort. La Orotava, one of Tenerife's most beautiful colonial towns, is located in the fertile Orotava Valley between the majestic Mount Teide and the Atlantic Ocean. The historic old town with its magnificent mansions, ornately carved wooden balconies, and flower-filled courtyards invites you to stroll around. Visit the famous Casa de los Balcones, the enchanted gardens of the Marquesado, or the impressive Baroque church of La Concepción. Teide National Park is only 30 minutes away and offers spectacular hikes through volcanic landscapes. In 15 minutes you can reach Puerto de la Cruz with its natural volcanic pools and the black sand beach of Playa Jardín. For nature lovers, we recommend the wilder beaches of Playa Bollullo and El Ancón or hikes through the mystical cloud forests of the Anaga Mountains. Discover the local culture in traditional guachinches – cosy wine bars serving authentic Canarian cuisine and house wine. Every Saturday, the weekly market attracts visitors with regional products and fresh fruit. Frequently asked questions
Can I split the rent with my partner or a friend?
This is generally possible in a Standard or Comfort Room if the room is designed for two people. However, a joint booking must be agreed and confirmed in advance. In a Shared Room, the price is per bed, not per room – so each person can book their own bed, but the room will still be shared with others.
Is there a designated space for work?
Yes, we have dedicated workspaces! You can choose a free space every day, with the rule being "first come, first served". In addition, every standard and comfort room has a cosy workspace for your convenience.
What types of people will I be sharing the home with?
You’ll be sharing the space with a diverse, international community of people aged between 30 and 45 – many of them remote workers, freelancers, or creatives who combine work and travel. What brings them together is the desire for a meaningful place to live: where focused work, respectful co-living, and authentic connection naturally come together.
Will I have privacy?
Yes, to a certain extent – it depends on the room you book. Standard and Comfort rooms offer a lockable space where you can retreat and have time to yourself. In the shared room, you’ll be sharing the space with others, but you’ll have a personal locker and your own designated bed. Bathrooms are partly shared unless you book a room with a private one. As the house is older, sound can travel – so a respectful attitude and quiet movement, especially at night, are appreciated. Each room comes with its own key, and in some rooms, you can even switch off the electricity at night for better sleep.

Is it possible to arrive before the designated move-in time or stay past the move-out time?
Enjoy the convenience of early check-in or late check-out – when available. Prefer not to book extra time? No problem – you’re welcome to store your luggage and make use of the communal spaces before check-in or after check-out.
Can I extend or shorten my stay?
Yes, you can extend your stay with us, subject to availability! If you need to shorten your stay, please note our cancellation policy. We are here to help you make the most of your time with us!

Is it permissible to have visitors during the day/night?
You're welcome to invite visitors during the day and enjoy the shared spaces together. To keep things comfortable for everyone, we kindly ask that guests leave by 10 PM. Overnight stays are only possible upon request and must be approved in advance.
