Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the building. Our goal is to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable environment for all residents 😊

What information do I need to supply for the application?
To complete your application, we may request: 🪪 Passport or ID 📧 Contact information 💼 Employment or study details 📅 Desired move-in and move-out dates Additional information may be requested depending on the booking type and length of stay 😊
Is it possible to arrive before the designated move-in time or stay past the move-out time?
Early check-in or late check-out may be possible depending on availability 😊 Please contact the team in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request ✨
Do I need to sign a contract/lease?
Yes 😊 All residents are required to sign a rental agreement before moving in. The contract includes the stay details, house rules, and community guidelines to ensure a comfortable experience for everyone ✨
When/how will you refund my security deposit?
The security deposit will be refunded within 15 days after check-out, according to the rental agreement and after the room inspection has been completed 😊✨
Is it permissible to have visitors during the day/night?
Yes 😊 Visitors are allowed during the day. If a guest wishes to stay overnight, prior notice is required and an additional fee per night applies ✨
Are all rooms furnished?
Yes ✨ All rooms are fully furnished and equipped to provide a comfortable and ready-to-move-in experience 😊
Are the private bedrooms cleaned frequently?
Yes ✨ Private rooms are cleaned every 15 days, including bed linen changes. Towels are also replaced every 15 days 😊
What are the laundry options?
The building offers a laundry service located in the common areas for residents’ convenience 😊✨
