Here, we bring together a hostel, coliving, coworking, and a community of people who share the same lifestyle. We are located in Barra da Lagoa, one of the most beautiful areas of Florianópolis. Nature surrounds the property; there's private access to the water channel (it's kind of a "river" that links Conceição Lagoon to the ocean), which is perfect for a swim or to take one of our stand-up paddle boards or kayaks, all just a few meters from the guest rooms. The area is ideal for hiking and riding one of our bikes. We are next to several beaches, trails, and natural pools. in addition to a vibrant and diverse nightlife in the surrounding area. We do everything necessary for you to focus on being productive, meeting new people, and exploring all that Florianópolis has to offer. We offer a WeWork-style co-working space with an excellent internet connection, a printer, and a coffee machine. It's always a great atmosphere and a lot of fun. You will have the perfect balance of a quiet space to do your work and, at the same time, a sense of belonging to a community.

The neighborhood of Barra da Lagoa is in a privileged area, embedded between the Atlantic Ocean, Conceição lagoon, and Galheta hill, and passed by a water channel, the only link between the waters of Conceição lagoon with the salty waters of the sea. The place is also known for the Friendly spirit of the locals and artisanal fishing. Activities are planned with the community of our two other properties.
