Can I extend or shorten my stay?
Yes, you can extend or shorten your stay, subject to availability. Please contact our team, and we will be happy to help you with your plans.
Do I need to sign a contract/lease?
For your security and peace of mind, we require a signed accommodation contract. This document ensures clear terms for both parties. Should you decide to extend your stay, we will formally renew the contract on a monthly basis.
Do you accept co-signers?
Good news! We don't require guarantors as our contract is prepaid. By having everything settled from the start, we ensure a hassle-free experience and total transparency for your stay
When/how will you refund my security deposit?
Of course! Your security deposit will be refunded at the time of check-out. After a room inspection, if everything is in order and in the same condition as when it was received, the total amount will be returned to you.
Is there a Credit Score required?
No worries! A credit score is not required. Our prepaid contract model allows us to simplify the process so you can join our community quickly and hassle-free.
