At our property, our goal is to offer good services and amenities, with fair costs, and a safe, enjoyable neighborhood. We want to promote a peaceful community that allows our colivers to enjoy the experience of living in Mexico City. Our coliving space will allow you to live in the best area of Mexico City with everything nearby: good transportation system with both Metro Polanco and San Joaquin, lots of restaurants, shops, hospitals, museums (Soumaya or Jumex at a 10 minutes walk, Antropología at a 20 minutes walk), parks like Bosque de Chapultepec at walking distance. We offer 6 floors where every floor is an apartment (some exclusively for women) with its own kitchen, dining area, and bathrooms. All the rooms are private and individual spaces to ensure a good quality of services and accessibility. Apart from the apartments, we offer a common terrace, a coworking space, and a reception. A team is present every day in the building to help and support you directly; all common areas are cleaned daily, and we include services like high-speed internet, water, filtered water, gas, electricity (with solar panels), room furniture, common furniture, biometric access with facial recognition, kitchen furniture, etc. Extra services like washing machines, snacks, room cleaning, parking place, linens and towels are also available.

- • Check in is posible from 8am to 8pm from Monday to Friday, and Saturdays from 9am to 2pm.
- • We will ask all our colivers to sign a contract with our Building Rules and Room Inventory after payment.
Frequently asked questions
Will I have privacy?
Yes, your room is totally private, and we will always ask for your permission if, for any situation, a staff member would have to enter. We offer shared apartments, so you will be sharing the kitchen, dining area, coworkers space, terrace and bathrooms.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed. We love them but we care about our colivers well being and the spaces are not fit for pets.
Is there a designated space for work?
Of course ! We have a Coworking area open everyday from 8am to 10pm and the majority of our bedrooms offer a private desk + chair with high speed Internet. So you will always have a spot to work
What types of people will I be sharing the home with?
We have a very peaceful, supportive community of professionals and students, both Mexican and international, so you can practice your Spanish and meet some really nice people.
Do I need to sign a contract/lease?
We will ask all our colivers to sign a contract with our Building Rules and Room Inventory after payment.
Is it permissible to have visitors during the day/night?
We love having visitors! You can have one visitor during the day until 10 PM, and we kindly ask that all visitors register at the entrance. Please note that overnight guests are not allowed.
Any meals/snacks included?
While we don’t provide meals or snacks, our community kitchen is available for everyone to use. It's a great opportunity to cook together and share delicious meals with fellow residents!
