We started in November 2021, to offer a unique coliving and coworking experience to all kinds of professionals working remotely: artists, writers, journalists, creative thinkers, designers, content producers, social media managers, developers, and many more. It’s fully equipped and suitable for the needs of permanent digital nomads, but also for the needs of environmentally cautious or even just sustainability-curious freelancers, couples, or groups who would like to stir up their working routine with a month or longer workation, where you can cultivate and adopt eco-friendly and healthier habits.

Our neighborhood has good access both to the airport (5 minutes drive) and the main road which connects with other roads to visit the Island. Big supermarkets and shopping malls are 12 minutes walking distance and we have coffee/bakery/pastry shops, restaurants, pharmacies, and ATM machines just around the corner.

Can I check-in early? Late?
Yes
Can I split the rent with my partner or a friend?
Yes — you can split the rent with a partner or a friend. Couples are welcome, and shared bookings are allowed for our Double Rooms and Studio Apartments.
Are pets allowed?
We have 4 cats that we saved during the lockdown, but we normally do not accept pets from guests. Exceptions are guide-dogs for exemple. Nevertheless please contact us, depending on type of pet, size etc, we may open an exception.
Is there a designated space for work?
Yes — we have one indoor coworking area plus plenty of outdoor spots for working. The indoor space is quiet with power outlets, and the outdoor areas are great when you want fresh air.
What types of people will I be sharing the home with?
We welcome a friendly mix of people — mostly remote workers and digital nomads, along with creatives, entrepreneurs, and occasional travelers. Our team and on-site staff help keep things running smoothly. Guests are generally social and community-minded, but there’s also plenty of quiet space for focused work.
What information do I need to supply for the application?
We’ll need your full name, an email address, and a phone number so we can contact you, plus a short description about yourself—what you do, your interests for example.
What criteria do you use to evaluate potential renters?
Thanks for asking! We look at a short description guests send when they contact us (travel plans, length of stay, and what they’re looking for in a coliving experience) and any past reviews on coliving.com when available. We also consider clear, respectful communication.
Do I need to sign a contract/lease?
No — you don’t need to sign a contract or lease. We offer flexible stays. If you have questions about stay length or house rules, feel free to ask here on the platform.
Do you accept co-signers?
