About this coliving home
We are a conscious coliving community in San Pedro, the alternative & artsy neighborhood of San Jose (the nicest part of SJ!). We're about 15 people living together, helping each other grow on the spiritual path & trying to be as self-sufficient as possible in an urban environment. We have a garden where we grow organic veggies and also a yoga room where we organize events, yoga, classes, movie screenings, and conferences. We're about 15 people from all paths of life: digital nomads, yogis, meditators, tantrikas, permaculturs, coaches, influencers, health aficionados, biohackers, regens, changemakers, techies, activists... All in our own way, we are interested in alternative ways of living that are conducive to a regenerative culture and more social cohesion.

Neighborhood
San Pedro is a very lively neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and bars only 5 min away by walking. It has a hip and fun vibe with a large variety of cheap yet still delicious places to eat in the area because of the large student population. If you're into nightlife, there are a lot of bars and discos to choose from. The conscious-minded one will love the many vegetarian restaurants and yoga studios only a few minutes walking from the house. San Pedro also boats the best street art in Costa Rica.

Security deposit

- • This is not a booking deposit. Any remaining amount is refunded after move-out according to the host policy.

- • You won't be charged before the host accepts your request.
Booking rules
- • The deposit is paid through the Coliving.com platform, but subsequent monthly payments must be made in cash. We accept colones, USD, or euros. The deposit can be applied toward your last month's rent.
