Neighborhood
Located right in the most artistic and culinary rich neighborhood of Quito, La Floresta. We have a beautiful view from which you can see 4 of the most important volcanoes around Quito and you wake up to a stimulating scene of gardens and trees. The neighborhood is very safe and you will feel free to experience the local culture around it. 2 blocks away from bus transportation, 3 minutes walk to banks, and 5 minutes to the supermarket. Lots of cafés, craft beer bars, restaurants, and veggie options around.

We totally understand that travel plans can vary, so arriving or leaving outside the designated time is possible, with an anticipated request to the administration. Please reach out in advance.
What information do I need to supply for the application?
To apply, we ask for some details about yourself, including your hobbies and interests, age, and occupation. We’d also love to hear about that special thing you'd like to share with our coliving and coworking community. This helps us create a vibrant and engaging environment for everyone!
What criteria do you use to evaluate potential renters?
We make sure that the new renter's personality, values, and beliefs could get along with the existing community, we reject any type of discriminatory behaviour, we consider ourselves inclusive to all cultures, sexuality and gender
Can I extend or shorten my stay?
Absolutely! You can extend or shorten your stay with us. Just keep in mind that pricing depends on availability, and we typically do not offer reimbursements. Please let us know in advance about any changes, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request!
Do I need to sign a contract/lease?
Yes, we do have a contract that outlines everything about your stay, including the agreed conditions, services included, and house rules. This helps ensure a great experience for everyone in our community!
Is there a Credit Score required?
No, we do not require a credit score for our coliving space. We focus on creating a welcoming community for everyone, so feel free to reach out if you have any other questions!
