In this spirit, we converted a boutique hotel into the coolest coliving house of Basel. You rent your room in the middle of everything: The best bars and restaurants are right next door and the Rhine flows almost on your doorstep. Are you ready for a great lifestyle? A special highlight here is our inhouse Wine Bar. It features a spacious outdoor terrace and lounge. Here you can relax with a glass of wine and discuss le Flux and the world.

The Shared Community Budget is paid by every community member and will be paid out in a voucher by us so the community can buy common things like oil, vinegar, garbage bags, coffee, etc
The service fee includes professional cleaning services. Administrative Needs: The service fee covers the administrative tasks involved in welcoming you. Community Events and Benefits: The remainder of the service fee is used to organize community events and provide benefits to enhance your coliving experience.
Final Cleaning: Upon your departure, we ensure that your suite is pristine for the next resident.

About Kaserne Basel The Kaserne area is one of the busiest quarters in the city; Here you will find the coolest bars and restaurants, as well as various nightlife options. In summer, the Rhein tempts you for a jump into the cool water. When the temperatures are low you can enjoy a relaxing walk along the shore. In Basel, we get around by bike. In a few minutes, you can reach pretty much all the important places. There is hardly a better place to live in the city.
