We have modern coworking zones with individual workstations, shared work and social areas, meeting rooms, relaxation zones, and even our own bar. We host regular events such as barbecues, nomads meetups, camping trips, board game nights, philosophical evenings by the campfire, and communal dinners, all designed to help you share experiences and build valuable connections. Plus, we offer our members the opportunity to create and host their own events. You can book a stay for a few days, weeks, or even months, and we provide various rate plans to suit your budget. We are gathering a community of digital nomads, freelancers, remote workers, and online entrepreneurs. These individuals work with their laptops and value a balance between work and leisure. They love nature and an eco-friendly environment, are open to communication, and are willing to share their knowledge, skills, and experiences. Our community actively participates in events and enjoys a variety of activities.

Our paradise corner is located next to a forest that transitions into the Sataplia Nature Reserve. Right outside the gate, the forest begins. On the coliving premises, there is a large garden with areas designated for work, active relaxation, and passive relaxation. The fresh air, forest, garden, and the sounds of nature along with the nearby Georgian village will provide you with 120% productivity and 120% relaxation. There are many walking trails available for exploration. The nearest major city, Kutaisi, is 8 km away. You can reach it by public transport—the stop is just 50 m from the coliving, with a travel time of approximately 18 minutes. Walking to the city takes about an hour. Tskaltubo, a town known for its radon baths and abandoned sanatoriums from the Stalin-era USSR, is also 3 km away. You can get there by public transport or on foot. The nearest large grocery store is 2 km away, while a mini-market is only a 400 m walk. Kutaisi International Airport is 20 km from us. The journey to and from the airport takes about 25 minutes and costs approximately 10 USD. Our coliving space also features its own bar, where you can relax and socialize with other nomads.
