We’re sorry — pets are not permitted. This way, we can make sure the space stays comfortable and welcoming for everyone.
Can I split the rent with my partner or a friend?
Yes, apartments are suitable for couples or two friends. The rent can be shared, and all residents will be registered at check-in for your safety and comfort.
Is there a designated space for work?
Yes. We offer a bright coworking lounge with high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the property. A private meeting room is also available if you need a quiet space for calls or focused work.
What types of people will I be sharing the home with?
You’ll have your own private apartment, so you won’t be sharing your living space. In the common areas, you’ll meet a mix of digital nomads, remote workers, and long-term travelers — people who value connection, balance, and a supportive community.
What information do I need to supply for the application?
We just need some basic details — your personal information, planned dates, and a short introduction about yourself. It helps us get to know you and make sure we’re the right fit for your stay.
Is it possible to arrive before the designated move-in time or stay past the move-out time?
Our check-in and check-out are flexible and adapted to international travel schedules. Just let us know your plans in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
What criteria do you use to evaluate potential renters?
We look for people who value community, respect shared spaces, and are planning at least a one-month stay. Most of our residents are digital nomads, remote workers, and long-term travelers who enjoy a balance of work and life.
Can I extend or shorten my stay?
Extensions are always welcome, subject to availability — many of our residents end up staying longer than they first planned! Shortening your stay is possible up to 7 days before arrival; after that, the booking is non-refundable.
Do I need to sign a contract/lease?
Yes. For clarity and peace of mind, we provide a simple rental agreement that outlines the booking period, house rules, and payment terms.
Do you accept co-signers?
We don’t require co-signers. The booking resident(s) will be responsible for the stay.
Is there a Credit Score required?
No, we don’t ask for a credit score. We welcome an international community, so we keep the process simple and accessible.
