1. What happens after I submit a request?

The host reviews your request and may ask for more information before accepting or declining. Coliving keeps the request details together so the next step is clear.

2. When do I pay?

Payment is due after the host accepts your request. If the host declines or does not respond, you are not charged.

3. What booking fees does Coliving charge?

Coliving does not charge booking fees to residents. The platform is free to use for people looking for coliving homes.

4. What about the security deposit?

If a host asks for a security deposit, it is not a booking deposit and does not lock in the booking. It protects the host against damage, missed payments, or other losses, and any remaining amount is refunded after move-out according to the host policy.

5. What if I need to cancel?

If you cancel before payment is made, you can do so without payment fees. After payment, the cancellation policy attached to the booking applies.
