It offers fully furnished private apartments, alongside shared amenities that support long stays. Residents have access to a shared backyard, a dedicated study/work area, a meeting space, a shared rooftop, and a shared laundry room. Rent is all-inclusive for a simple monthly budget, including utilities (electricity and water) and high-speed Wi-Fi. Monthly professional cleaning is included. Support is available throughout the day via a dedicated team: a Booking Manager and an Operations Manager, helping with day-to-day needs and a smooth stay. Security is a priority, with secure entry doors, controlled access, and CCTV in common areas. Access is straightforward with a digital entry system. Move in with just your suitcase and enjoy a comfortable, reliable base in Athens for work, study, or relocation. Units range from studios to one-bedroom apartments, furnished for everyday living with an emphasis on comfort and functionality.

It’s a great area to live if you want a real “city neighborhood” feel while staying close to the center. What to do nearby Stroll along Fokionos Negri, a pedestrian-friendly avenue lined with cafés and everyday local life—ideal for a morning coffee, a casual lunch, or an evening walk. Explore the Kypseli Municipal Market, a restored landmark that now hosts pop-up shops, exhibitions, community events, and markets—one of the best places in the neighborhood to feel the local energy. Yes! Most of our rooms are private studios with your own private bathroom, kitchenette, and a lock on the door. You'll have your own personal space while enjoying shared common areas like our rooftop terrace, laundry room, and lounge. We also offer a shared room option in Apartment 1A for those who prefer a more social setup.
Can I split the rent with my partner or a friend?
Yes, some of our rooms are couple-friendly! Our Studio Plus and Deluxe One-Bedroom apartments come with queen beds and are perfect for couples. The rent covers both residents — no need to split or pay extra. Just make sure to select a couple-friendly room type when booking.
Is there a designated space for work?
Every room at Mobee House comes with its own desk and workspace, so you can work comfortably from the privacy of your apartment. We also have high-speed WiFi throughout the building. Many of our residents are remote workers and digital nomads who find Mobee a great place to work and live.
What types of people will I be sharing the home with?
Our community is a diverse mix of young professionals, students, digital nomads, and expats from all over the world. Most residents are between 20-35 years old and stay for 1-6 months. We love the international atmosphere and encourage everyone to connect through shared common areas and community events.
Are all rooms furnished?
Yes, all rooms come fully furnished and ready to move in! Each apartment includes a comfortable bed with sheets and pillows, a wardrobe/closet, a desk and chair, a TV, air conditioning, heating, and a kitchenette with basic appliances. Just bring your personal belongings and you're all set.
What are the laundry options?
We have a shared laundry room on-site with washing machines available for all residents. It's included in your rent at no extra charge. The laundry room is accessible throughout the day for your convenience.
Is there a kitchen where I can cook my own food?
Yes! Every apartment at our property has its own private kitchenette where you can prepare your meals. Each kitchenette comes equipped with basic cooking essentials, a mini fridge, and cooking facilities. You have full freedom to cook whenever you like in the comfort of your own space.
