We want to make a difference here and in the community around us. *The apartments come furnished with a bed, mattress, towels, wardrobe, mini fridge, and microwave. The apartments do not include bed linens, coffee makers, hair dryers, or decorations.

We offer a move-in-ready coliving home within a diverse, vibrant and young community. Embracing global individuals with a zest for life, our residents range from students to young professionals. Here, a new home also means new friends.

The coliving is strategically located in São Paulo, in the Butantã region, and will surprise you. We are near the University of São Paulo (USP), Villa-Lobos Park, and Clinicas Hospital. You can also find restaurants and markets around us.  Several important avenues, such as Avenida Vital Brasil and Avenida Professor Lineu Prestes, serve Butant and facilitate access to other parts of the city.
