Oh yes, you will have your private room for your own space. If you reserved a room with a roommate, then you will share with him/her.
Are pets allowed?
We love pets, but to ensure everyone's comfort, we currently do not allow them in our community. Thank you for your understanding!
Can I split the rent with my partner or a friend?
Yes, you can definitely split the rent with your partner or friend! Just keep in mind that our invoicing policy charges per room, so one person will need to handle the full payment. We’re here to help make the process smooth for you!

What criteria do you use to evaluate potential renters?

Absolutely! You can extend or shorten your stay with us. If you're looking to extend, we’d be happy to help, depending on room availability. Just keep in mind that extra fees may apply. If you need to shorten your stay, please remember that you'll need to cover the current month's rent and any other due payments, and the deposit is non-refundable. Do I need to sign a contract/lease?
Yes, we do sign a contract for the lease. Don't worry, we'll take care of all the documentation when you arrive, making the process smooth and easy for you!
Do you accept co-signers?
Yes, we do accept co-signers! If you reserve a room with a friend, both of you will sign the agreement together. If it's a single occupancy booking, only you will sign. Don't worry about the details now; we can finalize everything upon your arrival!
Is there a Credit Score required?
