Required fees
At the end of the contract, a fixed Exit Fee of €160 is applied to cover final services, including full apartment cleaning, deep cleaning of common areas, minor maintenance, and replacement or refurbishment of small household items (such as kitchenware), as well as minor wall marks from normal wear and tear. This amount is automatically deducted from the security deposit and is not an additional payment required from the tenant. Tenants may keep the bed sheets used during their stay; duvets and pillows must remain in the apartment. The Exit Fee does not cover damages beyond normal wear and tear, which may be charged separately if applicable.
Booking Conditions To ensure the best experience in our accommodations, we apply a 60% Fee.
