This amount is automatically deducted from the security deposit and is not an additional payment required from the tenant. Tenants may keep the bed sheets used during their stay; duvets and pillows must remain in the apartment. The Exit Fee does not cover damages beyond normal wear and tear, which may be charged separately if applicable.
