● Things to Keep in Mind

・There’s a hill on the way to the property. It might feel a bit tough until you get used to it. But the price is more affordable than a hotel, and honestly, it might help with fitness! You can also use shared bikes or buses — please check the access map for details.

・It’s an SRC (steel reinforced concrete) building, but sound can still carry. You may hear daily noises through walls or doors. Keeping things quiet at night will help everyone stay comfortable.

・There’s no elevator. We’ll provide a carry cart to help move your luggage up the stairs.

・No TV in the rooms. If you need one, please note this in advance — feel free to use streaming services instead.

● Neighborhood Located near Hodogaya Station, this area offers easy access to central Yokohama and Tokyo. From Hodogaya, it’s only about 3 minutes to Yokohama, and around 30–40 minutes by direct train to major stations like Shibuya, Shinjuku, Shinagawa, and Ikebukuro via the JR Yokosuka and Shonan-Shinjuku Lines. As the name suggests, Hodogaya is a hilly neighborhood, with some steep slopes along the way — but you can easily get around using local buses or shared bikes. There’s also a bus stop just 5 minutes away, offering a short 10-minute ride to Koganecho, an area known for its lively restaurants and bars.
