Our property of 27 ensuite rooms is a newly designed and built coworking & coliving space in the Old City of Chiangmai. The space is fully furnished with weekly housekeeping service, simple breakfast and plenty of common area to share with other residents. A working desk with high speed Wi-Fi is included in the coworking area 24/7. We also have regular activities for residents to participate inside the property and in the city of Chiangmai. It is perfect for digital nomads and remote workers. We are located inside the Old City of Chiang Mai. We are within walking distance of restaurants, convenience stores, different types of shops, and temples. We are 300 meters away from Sunday walking street. In Chiang Mai, there are more than 300 Buddhist temples (called Wat in Thai) and they constitute one of the hallmarks of the city

Frequently asked questions
Are couples allowed? Can I split the rent with a friend?
Couples are allowed in the room types "Ensuite and Ensuite Plus". We did not accept a split booking or change residents.
Are there separate work areas in the coliving space?
We have a co-working area where every resident and member will work so there is no disturbance from working or video calls in front of your room for sure.
What do you look for in applicants?

Are the private bedrooms cleaned?
yep all is cleaned by our HK and also will be double check by the Coliving manager
Are there any laundry options?
Got two, one is coin washing machine and another is laundry service from outsource
Can I work in the common area?
Yes, but as we have coworking space there is no need to stay working in the common area anyway especially when you are on call
Is the communal area cleaned?
Yes, everyday by HK team
