Relax in our chill-out area on the second floor, and stay connected with free WiFi throughout the building. Parking is available on-site, and our event hall is perfect for social gatherings or as a productive workspace, boasting a large projector. Please note, our entire property is non-smoking and we uphold a no self-hosted parties policy, ensuring a peaceful environment. Quiet hours are observed after 10 PM. Yes, you can split the rent with your partner or a friend! We can accommodate up to two people per room, and there may be an additional charge for the extra tenant.
Are pets allowed?
Thank you for your interest! While we love animals, we currently have a no-pets policy in our community to ensure everyone's comfort. We appreciate your understanding!

What types of people will I be sharing the home with?
You’ll be sharing the home with open minded, considerate individuals who value community living. Everyone here is excited to connect, collaborate, and contribute to a warm, respectful environment where diverse perspectives are welcomed.
Can I extend or shorten my stay?
Yes, you’re welcome to extend or shorten your stay! We do have a minimum booking period of one month. If you need to shorten your stay, just let us know at least a month in advance. For extensions, it depends on room availability, and our team is here to help with any questions you may have!
When/how will you refund my security deposit?
Security deposit is typically returned shortly after your stay ends. We will review your room for any excessive damage that would impact on your security deposit return. Normal wear and tears are expected.
What is the policy on alcohol?
It’s your home, so feel free to enjoy a drink whenever you wish, so long as you are respectful of your housemates. If you want to party, make sure this is agreed by all others and within the house rules.
Is it permissible to have visitors during the day/night?
For long-term rentals (over 3 months), tenants are allowed to host a visitor in their room for a maximum of one week. Short-term rentals are not permitted to have extra visitors sleeping over. Visitors who are not staying overnight are allowed in the house, provided it is within reason, and they remain the full responsibility of the tenant who invited them.
Does the building have security? What is done to make me feel safe?
We take your safety very seriously. To ensure a secure environment, CCTV cameras are installed at key entry points around the property. Plus, we have people in the house practically 24 hours a day. Surveillance cameras are installed in common areas such as entrances and hallways. These cameras do not record private spaces and are used solely for security purposes.
