Unplug or plug in. 300 Mbps of unlimited wifi. - As a coliving guest in our place, whom we warmly called 'The Hatcherians', you will get to enjoy the following: - 24/7 coworking hotdesk facilities, (except event days) – kindly keep your laptop away when you’re not using your spot - Wi-fi Access (300Mbps unlimited) - Free parking (one carpark in the house porch, and more around the neighbourhood) - The pantry for complimentary coffee/tea making facilities - Shared bathroom with water heater shower for the cold days - The basic kitchen with basic cooking utensils, shared storage and a shared fridge space for your personal use - Washing machine & detergents for your laundry needs - Bills & utilities are all taken care of by us - Chillout & Reading corner upstairs & downstairs (we have board games and lots of books in our mini library) - For the essentials, we provide towels, pillows, bed sheets, blankets, toilet papers, shampoos, hair dryer, first aid kid - A weekly cleaning lady who comes to clean the house (including your room, but it’s optional for you) (cleaning tools are always available if you prefer to do it yourself) - Occasional meetups/workshops and socializing events - Group activities with hosts, friends and co-living mates (meal and drinks outing, sports, movies, sight-seeings, hiking, durian nights, game nights, etc) During your stay, we will let you know as soon as a new guest is on board in the other room. (We have only 3 rooms available for coliving here, so it will be just a tiny crowd.) Sometimes, you’ll have the whole house to yourselves if there are no other coliving guests, especially during public holidays when we have nothing planned.

We are located in a quiet residential neighborhood, 25km from Kuala Lumpur city center. By staying here, you will get to experience how it is like living like a local. There is a park 2 minutes from the house where you can access anytime for exercise/running or mingle with the locals. 5 minutes from the house, there are plenty of shops around for your everyday needs.
