- RESERVATIONS MUST START AND END ON THE 1ST OF THE MONTH. - RESERVATIONS CAN ONLY BE MADE WITHIN 60 DAYS OF MOVE-IN DATE. - WE DO HAVE SOME ROOMS AVAILABLE FOR IMMEDIATE MOVE IN. - Furnished room, tons of light, new hardwood floor, in a 3 bedroom, recently gut renovated apartment. - Trains: L at Dekalb Avenue Subway Station or M train at Knickerbocker ave / Myrtle Ave subway station. - Furniture included: bed, mattress, closet, dresser, curtains/shades, desk, chair, sofa, kitchen table. - Washer and dryer downstairs in building. - On the same block as cafe’s, restaurants, gym, bars. - Preparation fee: $175 (One-time: inspection, cleaning and admin cost)
