Welcome to our fully furnished rooms! Our accommodations include everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay. Each room is thoughtfully designed with a premium mattress, wardrobe, air conditioning, and WiFi. You'll have access to a bathroom, which may be ensuite, private, or shared. Plus, we provide pillows, bedsheets, towels, basic appliances, and basic kitchen utensils. Our apartment is located in a beautiful building with fantastic facilities. You'll be able to enjoy everything our development has to offer, including cleaning (common areas), a dining area, a dryer, an elevator, and a washer, among others.

Neighborhood
For those who are unfamiliar with Shek Tong Tsui, it is a neighborhood in Sai Wan. Before the prohibition of prostitution, the neighborhood was famously known as Hong Kong's "red light district" in the early 1900s. Shek Tong Tsui is currently mostly calm and residential after decades of development. It is home to plenty of trendy bars and restaurants. Located close to the HKU Station on the MTR, commuting to Sai Ying Pun and Central Station takes less than 20 minutes.

Booking rules

- • Consumption of water, electricity, and gas is capped at HKD 350 per month. Excess consumption will be billed additionally.
- • Tenants must allow host and viewers to enter the property for viewings during the last 45 days of stay given at least 1 day advance notice.
