What types of people will I be sharing the home with?
You’ll be sharing the home with a diverse and respectful community of residents who value both privacy and connection. Most residents are working professionals, remote workers, graduate students, creatives, and individuals relocating to Los Angeles. The community is designed for people who enjoy a clean, comfortable, and collaborative living environment. Many residents appreciate opportunities to socialize through shared meals, coworking sessions, wellness activities, or neighborhood outings, while still maintaining their own personal space and independence. Housemates are carefully selected to help create a welcoming, inclusive, and community-oriented atmosphere where everyone feels at home.
What information do I need to supply for the application?
Thanks for applying! We ask for your full name, the dates you plan to stay, and the purpose of your stay (work, travel, study, etc.). Please include a short bio about yourself and what you’re looking for in a coliving community, plus a profile photo. Optional but helpful: links to social profiles or references. We’ll review your application and get back to you. Pricing depends on availability.

Is it possible to arrive before the designated move-in time or stay past the move-out time?
We usually cannot accommodate arrivals before the official move-in time or stays after move-out because we need time for cleaning and preparing the space for the next guest. If you need extra flexibility, please let us know through your booking message on coliving.com and our team will check if we can make an exception. Extra fees may apply.
Can I extend or shorten my stay?
We aim to be flexible whenever possible. If you'd like to extend or shorten your stay, please message us through your booking on the platform and we’ll check availability and confirm any changes. Pricing depends on availability and extra fees may apply.
Do I need to sign a contract/lease?
Yes — for stays longer than a month we ask guests to sign a simple rental agreement that outlines the length of stay, house rules, and any security deposit. For shorter stays we offer flexible bookings without a long-term lease. Pricing depends on availability. Tell us how long you'd like to stay and our team will walk you through the next steps.
Do you accept co-signers?
We don’t accept co-signers at this time. If you’re concerned about meeting the eligibility requirements, please let us know — we can discuss alternatives such as a larger security deposit, providing references, or a payment plan. We’re happy to work with you to find a suitable solution.
Is there a Credit Score required?
We usually run a basic credit check as part of the application to help confirm eligibility. If you don’t have a credit history or are unsure about your score, our team can discuss alternatives like a guarantor, additional references, or a short-term deposit.
Send a request first. You won't be charged yet.
