One-off application fee
Check-out fees cover the inventory at entrance and at the exit + the cost for cleaning the room at the exit. It will be deducted from the security deposit.

The only common ground is that they are all professionals, meaning that they usually work during the week :-) Our members bring together curious, open-minded people aged around 22 to 40 years old from all over the world for the coliving and around 25 to 50 years old for the private apartments. They’re working for industries such as institutions like the EU, in tech companies, startups, scaleups, industrials, lawyers, designers, doctors, entrepreneurs, and many more—people who love meaningful connections, shared experiences, and good vibes. Think sports or yoga sessions, sunset drinks, creative workshops, outdoor adventures—and plenty of resident-led ideas. Our events are all about connection, fun, and discovering new passions together.

Just a short walk from the house, the Place Colignon brings a sense of village life to the city: the town hall watching over the square, cafés opening their terraces on sunny days, and local shops where owners greet you by name after a few visits. Colignon combines authenticity, charm, and practicality in a way that feels truly effortless. It’s the kind of neighborhood where you settle in quickly, feel part of the local rhythm, and enjoy a balance of calm living and city energy.

Security deposit

- • This is not a booking deposit. Any remaining amount is refunded after move-out according to the host policy.

Booking rules
- • Possibility of switching rooms within our network of coliving locations.
- • Notice period of two full months before leaving.
- • Damage insurance is included except for loss & theft.
- • We keep it simple—just an ID and a proof of solvency, like a work contract, a recent payslip, or a bank statement with sufficient funds, are required at the time of booking. If that’s tricky, no worries: you can apply with a guarantor instead, providing their ID, proof of solvency, and the guarantor letter.
