Across from the Coogan’s Bluff portion of Highbridge Park and a short walk from Fort Washington Park, there are plenty of green spaces to explore. For an afternoon of history, visit Morris-Jumel Mansion, the oldest house in Manhattan. Nearby Five Flies Coffee is an espresso bar with an eclectic vibe. End the night at Bono Trattoria for Italian food within walking distance in an industrial atmosphere with a cool vibe.

Booking rules
- • Your safety and comfort are our top priorities! To ensure this, we ask all our new members to complete a background and credit check, as well as electronically sign a separate residency agreement. Just a heads up, you'll need to share your ID and Social Security Number (for those in the US) with us. We'll shoot over the agreement right after you book, and we kindly ask you to sign it quickly to guarantee your room. For your credit, we're looking for scores above 550
- • 650, depending on your city and we'll need a clean criminal record too (this doesn't apply to DC). If you meet all the requirements, you will receive a rental agreement, which you need to sign within 24 hours of receiving it.
