For the application to our coliving space, you’ll need to provide basic personal information, a form of identification, details about your purpose for staying with us, and financial proof. If available, we will also ask for your credit history, but we understand that international tenants may not have one, in which case we may consider other factors, including a cosigner if needed. Additionally, a criminal background check will be conducted as part of our process. Our main focus is on honesty, transparency, and the purpose of your stay when evaluating applications.
