Neighborhood
We are located in the Phoenix Neighborhood and very central. Directly opposite is the Harburg train station, by train you are in the city center in less than 12 minutes. Next door is also the Phoenix Center mall, which offers all kinds of stores. In addition, there are various restaurants, bars, hairdressers and much more as well as the "Harburg Stadtpark" which is a big park with a nice sea, where you can swim and practice various sports activities.

Are there any laundry options?
There is a washing machine and dryer in the basement. They work with an app that will be provided in place. Washing costs 2.50€, drying 1.50€.
Are couples allowed? Can I split the rent with a friend?
Some rooms can be rented for two people. Please note that in order to rent a room with two people with the student price, both people have to be students in order to be eligible for this price. Otherwise, the working professional price will be charged.
