About this coliving home
Welcome to our house, is our effort to show you how welcoming and warm Mexico can be. We're the founders of a Spanish School in Tijuana. We created this Coliving space for you to live the experience of Tijuana with us. You can expect from this property: ► Quick access to main areas of the city. ► Full kitchen. ► Living Room with multple board games. ► Big patio to chill on a chair, do yoga, meditation or exercise. ► Most of the hosts live a few minutes away from this property, we're here for you. ► 2 entrances to the house. ► Windows everywhere, bright spaces. ► We love plants, so, you'll see new plants constantly in and outside the house. What you can expect: ► Tijuana locals. If you have a question, feel free to ask. ► 1 monthly Spanish class from an actual Spanish teacher. ► People looking out for you, we do care about your safety. ► One of our main Hosts is a Mexican Grandma, try traditional meals and feel the warm and welcoming energy. ► Our beloved Grandma will cook for you in case you'd like to. We can share a menu for you, if this is something you'd like to add to your experience. ► Also, if you'd like to tour specific places, you can share it with us and we can set a special tour for you.

Welcome to Tijuana! A fully furnished House in a central area of Tijuana. We receive people from all around the world to learn Spanish, and to discover Tijuana through the eyes of locals. All welcome, we are eagered to create a community of entrepreneurs, language learners, culture nerds and open minded travelers, parents, students, teachers, mentors, etc. We, the founders of this community, are a mom and a dad, podcasters, teachers, entrepreneurs and travelers. We hope to meet you soon!

Surrounding the House you'll find: ► 1 Block away, 2 conveniences stores an Oxxo and 7 Eleven. ► 2 Blocks away, 1 Pharmacy and a Gas Station. ► 3 blocks away, a Park. ► Sea Food, Burritos, Tattoo Shop, Barber Shop, Church, etc. ► Now, this is a central area of the city, a few blocks away from the Freeway, so you have quick access to most parts of the city: - 5 minutes away from the Tijuana - San Ysidro Border with the US. - 5 minutes away from Tijuana's most important University (UABC). - 5 minutes away from Tijuana's Golden Area (Business and Modern area). - 10 minutes away from XOLOITZCUINTLES Stadium (It's pretty close, we can take you there). - 10 minutes away from 3 of the biggest malls in Tijuana: Plaza Peninsula, Plaza Alameda and Plaza Galerias. - 10 minutes away from TJ International Airport. - 15 minutes from TJ Downtown (It's actually close, but depends on traffic) - And more places we can show you. THIS DOESN'T INLCUDE all the amazing restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and so on.
