The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, two refrigerators, microwave, oven, coffee maker, and toaster. Pets and couples are not allowed.

To make your booking as smooth as possible, here’s everything you need to know:
Before your check-in (one month in advance), you’ll need to pay the following one-time payments: Security deposit: 1 month’s rent. Final cleaning fee: €200. Membership fee (based on the length of your stay) 1 month → €250. 2 months → €250. 3 months → €350. 4 months → €400. 5 months → €440. 6–11 months → €500.
The Membership fee is a one-time payment that covers a wide range of services designed to make your stay smooth, safe, and hassle-free. It includes: Digital contract setup and administrative support
Personalized check-in coordination: We’ll make sure everything is ready for your arrival, including digital access to the apartment and delivery of your keys, bed linen, and towels.
Weekly cleaning of common areas: Our cleaning team maintains the shared spaces (kitchen, bathrooms, hallways) every week to ensure cleanliness and comfort.
Ongoing tenant support: A dedicated coliving manager is available throughout your stay to help with any questions, maintenance needs, or issues that may arise.
Community setup & communications: We’ll add you to the apartment’s communication group and keep communication open between flatmates and the management team to support a harmonious shared living environment.
To prepare your contract and ensure we’re aligned with local regulations, we’ll also need a few documents from you after reservation payment is complete: - A valid photo ID (NIE, TIE, or passport). - Your residency address (even if temporary or in your home country). - If you're a student: an official university acceptance letter. - If you're a worker: a job offer or employment contract.
This temporary accommodation with services is intended exclusively for recreational, tourist, or holiday use, whether during the summer season or any other period. The client will be asked to certify this use. If the temporary use you plan to give this accommodation is different, please contact us directly.

Does the building have security? What is done to make me feel safe?
Yes. The building has a doorman from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 and 16:00, and security cameras in common access areas. Additionally, access is controlled and only verified guests are allowed to enter. Our team is also available 24/7 to assist you if anything comes up.
