Frequently asked questions
Will I have privacy?
Yes, it is possible to maintain your privacy in coliving. Even though the house or apartment is shared with others, each tenant has a private room where they can retreat and feel comfortable. The common areas are designed to encourage socializing, but everyone’s privacy is always respected. Additionally, coliving communities often set rules to ensure a peaceful and respectful environment.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are allowed, but an extra fee and prior approval from the host are required.
Are all rooms furnished?
All rooms are fully furnished and ready to welcome you: you’ll find a comfortable bed, wardrobe, desk, and everything you need to feel at home from day one. Each room comes with clean bed linens, towels, and a hairdryer, so you won’t have to worry about bringing any of that with you.
What potential costs are there besides the rent?
Extra Costs (not included in the rent) To ensure full transparency, please note that in addition to the monthly coliving fee, some optional extra costs may apply for additional services or activities. Here are the details: Extra cleaning: Weekly cleaning of the common areas is included. However, if you request additional services (personal room cleaning, extra check-out cleaning, in-room cleaning during your stay, etc.), a supplementary fee may apply, to be agreed upon based on your needs. Extra activities: Some of the experiences we offer—such as boat trips, guided excursions, cooking classes, or e-bike tours—are not included in the standard stay. Prices vary depending on the activity and will always be communicated in advance. Minivan transfers: We offer a private transfer service to/from Pescara Airport and other local destinations. This service is available on request and comes with an additional cost, calculated based on the distance and number of passengers. All extra services are optional and will be clearly agreed upon with you in advance—no surprises.
Any meals/snacks included?
Just a heads up: meals and snacks aren’t included in the coliving fee. But no worries—you’re free to cook and enjoy your meals in our fully equipped shared kitchen.
Are the private bedrooms cleaned frequently?
We want to make sure you have a great stay! Private rooms aren’t cleaned regularly, but we’re happy to arrange cleaning upon request for an extra fee. Just let us know what you need, and we’ll take care of it!
Can I work in the communal area?
Absolutely! You’re welcome to work in the common area. It’s a great spot to get things done while enjoying a lively atmosphere and connecting with other residents.
What are the laundry options?
We have convenient laundry facilities available to all residents, with several washing machines and dryers that you can access anytime. This way, keeping your clothes fresh during your stay will be easy and hassle-free!
What is there to do in the area?
There’s plenty to do in and around Vasto! You can relax on the beautiful beaches of Punta Penna, Vignola, or Casarza, all set within the unspoiled nature of the Punta Aderci Reserve. If you love history, Vasto’s old town will charm you with its narrow streets, the Loggia Amblingh, and nearby castles and museums. Don’t miss the local cuisine, especially the famous fish stew called Brodetto, and take advantage of food and wine events to discover authentic regional flavors. For a fun day out, there’s Acqualand, the largest water park in central-southern Italy. If you enjoy exploring, the Majella National Park is just over an hour away—perfect for hiking and nature lovers—while the historic town of Termoli, with its old fortress and beaches, is only 30 km away. In short, Vasto offers the perfect mix of sea, culture, nature, and great food!

Is there a designated space for work?
We have common areas dedicated to work, offering a comfortable environment where you can focus and be productive. You'll find comfortable seating and a reliable Wi-Fi connection—perfect for working or studying.
Can I get picked up/dropped off at the airport?
Yes, we offer a convenient airport shuttle service to help you reach the airport comfortably! Please note that this service may come with an additional cost. We can’t wait to welcome you!
