What's Included in your stay To make your coliving experience as smooth as possible, here's what's provided:

NB : We even have a heated swimming (to help us reduce unnecessary energy consumption and keep us as eco-friendly as possible, the pool heating system is activated only upon request. Please note that heating fees will be shared with all guests before hand).

Discover Fuseta: an authentic village in the heart of Ria Formosa only 25 min from Faro Airport
Fuseta is a small, authentic fishing village on the edge of the Ria Formosa Natural park, one of the Algarve's most beautiful and protected ecosystems. Far from the tourist crowds, it offers the perfect mix of slow local life, nature, and access to stunning beaches.
Beaches & Nature: your natural playground .Fuseta Lagoon is just a short walk or 5-minute bike ride from the villa. Its calm waters are perfect for year-round swims, cold plunges, and stand-up paddleboarding in a serene setting and 17 min walk way from the villa.
.The Ria Formosa Natural park invites you to explore its lagoons, salt flats, and bird sanctuaries by kayak or on foot. It's one of Europe's best spots for birdwatching, especially flamingos and spoonbills. You can even reach Olhão via the dedicated ECOVIA path by bike in just 25 minutes.
Local life & authentic culture Fuseta reveals the real Algarve at every corner. Visit the daily fish market and try freshly grilled sardines by the harbor. Small family-run restaurants serve authentic Portuguese cuisine, far from tourist traps. Nearby explorations: Hop on the train to explore Faro, Tavira, and Cacela Velha all under 25 minutes away. Getting around Everything is within walking or biking distance from the villa. The lagoon beaches are 5 minutes by bike, the village center just a few minutes on foot. For longer excursions, the train station connects you easily to the region's main towns.

Frequently asked questions
Can I split the rent with my partner or a friend?
We do allow couple and friends to stay in our bigger rooms, ensuring there’s plenty of space for your needs and comfort. Please note that additional charges do apply.
Are pets allowed?
Although we love all pets, we might have members with potential allergies, so, unfortunately, we can’t allow people to bring pets with them. We want to make sure everyone can be happy in their communal home.
What types of people will I be sharing the home with?
Creatives, entrepreneurs, freelancers just genuinely cool people. They’re driven and hard-working, but they also love nature, cooking together, and staying active. It’s all about balance getting things done while enjoying the good, simple things in life.
What criteria do you use to evaluate potential renters?
Who do we welcome ? we carefully select our guests to create a warm, inspiring, and balanced community. We look for: Remote workers: freelancers, entrepreneurs, creatives, and digital nomads People who are kind, respectful, and open to sharing a home and experiences A love for nature, cooking, movement, and meaningful conversations A good balance of focus and sport Ages usually range around 29–40 with diverse nationalities and backgrounds If that resonates with you, you’ll feel right at home.
Is it permissible to have visitors during the day/night?
If you’d like to bring someone, just ask the host in advance 😊 If it’s okay, there will be a small extra guest fee per night.
What is the average length of stay?
The average stay is around one month, as many of our guests are remote workers or freelancers looking for a longer, more immersive experience. That said, we also welcome shorter stays starting from 15 nights, depending on availability and the season. We’ve found that 2 to 4 weeks is the sweet spot to truly connect with the community, find your rhythm, and enjoy everything the Algarve has to offer 🌿 Let us know what dates you have in mind — we’ll be happy to check what’s possible!
Can I lock my bedroom door?
Yes, definitely! All private bedrooms at POMAR have lockable doors, so you can feel safe and comfortable leaving your belongings inside while you're out enjoying your day
Will I have privacy?
Yes! we make sure you have privacy. Each room is your personal space, and while there’s a shared coworking area and communal spaces for socializing, calls and focused work are done in your room if you prefer. You can fully enjoy both community and your own private time.
Is it possible to arrive before the designated move-in time or stay past the move-out time?
Yes, it's possible to arrive early or stay later! Please discuss any adjustments with our team to ensure everything is arranged smoothly for your stay.
Can I extend or shorten my stay?

Do I need to sign a contract/lease?
Yes, you will need to sign our internal rules, which help maintain a friendly and respectful community. We’re excited to have you join us!
When/how will you refund my security deposit?
We will release your security deposit within 10 days after check-out, as long as everything is left in good condition. If there are any deductions, we’ll make sure to inform you with full documentation. Feel free to ask if you have more questions!
